  • Country money (subsistence allowance): July 1, 2007:  €173.60

Travelling time (Dublin Area)

0 - 4 miles 1 hours' pay per day
4 - 5 miles 1.25 hours' pay per day
5 - 6 miles 1.5 hours' pay per day
6 - 8 miles 1.75 hours' pay per day
8 - 12 miles 2 hours' pay per day
12 - 20 miles 2.5 hours' pay per day

Travel time should be included when calculating holiday pay.

All Dublin rates are calculated from GPO.  Please phone the SIPTU Construction Branch in your area for details of rates outside your area.
